We use extrusion coating and solvent-free lamination techniques for our multi-layered laminated film production.

Solvent-free lamination is one the most reliable food packaging solution that is used worldwide. As MERŞET, we use world renowned production machines for our applications. We produce products up to 130 cm on our solvent-free production line.

And our extrusion coating line, which can produce products up to 125 cm, can produce high quality coating and lamination for aluminum foils, sulphide papers, kraft paper and various kinds of papers, polyester films,OPP films and non-woven fabrics. Polyethylene coating thickness can be made between 10 to 100 gr/m2. For lighter or heavier grammages and heights, orders can be made.
