What is Lamination?
Lamination is permanently assembly of different objects (paper, PE, aluminum foil) by heat, pressure, welding, or adhesives.
In packaging industry, it is used to improve the resistance of the material, turning the material surface structure to a soft cushioning one, and add protective capabilities or permeability to the packaging material.
Bubble Wrap Lamination:
In Bubble Wrap Sheets, it is used to improve the resistance of the material, turning the material surface structure to a soft cushioning one, and add protective capabilities or permeability to the packaging material. Examples of lamination materials include various kinds of paper including Sulphite Paper, Kraft Paper, for different materials Aluminum Foil, OPP, PET, PP and non-woven fabrics.
