Bubble wrap is a packaging material that is laminated to a two part polyethylene or polypropylene film sheet. It provides protection to the packaged material against air conditions and impacts with its air cushioning capabilities.

Cushioning:

The packaging material provides protection against all types of impact, concussion, and vibration thanks to its cushioning capabilities provided by air bubbles. These materials protect the packaged products’ surface against wear. Their product class is “Protective Packaging Material”.

How the need arised for the Bubble Wrapping Materials?

Straight plastic films provided against wear but lacked any real protection against impacts and vibrations. So the protective packaging material producers invented a product that would not only protect against wear, but also proved protection against impacts, concussion, vibration, scratches and falling.

Bubble Wrapped Sheets not only provide protection but is also an important factor in the marketing of the final products. Our Air-Light series is an essential packaging material family in the market.

Unlike other bubble wraps that provide protection only at the tip of the bubbles, each bubble in this product provides better protection thanks to their wider coverage and shape.
Double Layered Big Bubble	30 mm.	12,5 mm.	Big bubbles are excellent for gap filling purposes in addition to the protection they provide with their cushioning abilities. They are generally used for gap filling purposes in place of packaging foams and papers, and far more cheaper then them.
Triple Layered Big Bubble	30 mm.	12,5 mm.	This product provides superb protection and excellent cushioning for big and bulky products thanks to its triple layer and big bubble size.
